What we call news in Sacramento

Check out this whopper of a story transmitted by KCRA 3, the local news channel in our town. “Elk Grove family claims 11-year-old was tackled at State Fair, asks for termination of officers involved”

An Elk Grove family claims that 11-year-old Elijah Hunter was tackled by police at the California State Fair last week on Kids Day.
Hunter’s family, their attorney, Black Lives Matter Sacramento and the Greater Sacramento National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) gathered on Monday saying that his civil rights were violated and they’re now asking for policy changes regarding security at Cal Expo.
Cynthia Martin, Elijah’s mother, said in a news conference that his shirt was covered in blood.
“They [Cal Expo police] knew that they injured him because they provided the first-aid before we even made it to Kaiser hospital, where he received further treatment,” Martin said.

Just think about that for a minute, no actual reporting just releasing statements from BLM, NAACP and the victim’s family and attorney. Notice they make it clear they want people terminated. Notice the bolded words of “covered in blood” more on that later in the article. By the way, if officers injure someone, even shooting a criminal they have a duty to attempt lifesaving measures until fire/ambulance/etc. personnel show up.

Looking at this article it would appear this is Rodney king part 2 electric boogaloo right? Wrong.

But, in a statement to KCRA 3, Darla Givens, a spokesperson at Cal Expo, said the youth only suffered a small cut. Givens also added that police were called about a child attempting to steal items from fair vendors, climbing over a safety fence and almost being hit by a roller coaster ride.

Ahh, now we get clarity our little saint was trying to steal items from vendors, jumped over a safety fence, (those are usually about 6 feet high mind you) and almost was hit by a roller coaster. This coming from Cal Expo officials not the police mind you.

Of course, it didn’t stop local NAACP President Betty Williams from continuing a false narrative…

However, advocates like Betty Williams, who is the president of Greater Sacramento NAACP said that nothing excuses the behavior of Cal Expo officers toward the minor.
“What makes him different from any other 11-year-old? I’ll tell you what it is. He’s Black. He’s a Black man, a Black male. It doesn’t matter your age when it comes to this society and law enforcement. You are treated differently,” Williams said.

Sorry, officers taking down a person has nothing to do with whether they are black, brown, Asian, white, or any other color. Your son was acting a fool and so out of control officers were forced to take him to the ground. Sounds like his safety was at risk, I’ve never gotten so close to a roller coaster it almost hit me. He was trying to steal items…. he was being a punk and a thug.

The family and attorney are also concerned about a document that they say Elijah was forced to sign without any family members present.
Cal Expo officials said that when their policies are violated, fairgoers are asked to not return and sign a document agreeing to such.

Sure, I guess the little thug wasn’t 18 yet, but regardless he will be perma banned from Cal Expo since he cannot follow basic rules, like don’t act like a criminal.

But what upsets me most here is this is the last paragraph of the article, buried at the end mind you…

KCRA 3 asked the family for photos of the injuries, but they refused to provide those. However, in photos that they sent to KCRA 3 last week, he had a bandage on one of his elbows and a visible blood stain on his shirt about the size of a nickel.

Hmm, the family won’t provide photos? That’s odd. His shirt was covered in blood I thought? I figured he was a disjointed mess? Beat up so bad his body would require multiple surgeries? Well, I guess this wasn’t Rodney King part 2 after all. Once again, it’s a sad story of a young thug causing trouble, not following orders who got the business from a police officer or two. I’m sorry but if you run, and it sounds like this thug did, they will be tackling/tasing/taking down you. The sad part is he seems to be a young man with no family in his life, who lets their 11-year-old go to the fair unsupervised? Sounds like zero family was around as they objected to him signing a form banning himself from the fairgrounds permanently. Maybe if parents were there this would have all been avoided?

Bottom line this is irresponsible journalism at its finest, notice how they make the incident sound like he was beaten within an inch or two of his life? Only to at the very bottom in essence refute that? Why do they get statements from the parents, NAACP, and others but ignore the police organization? This is because they can create a false narrative of “white police, black victim” when in reality it was a thug acting out, running away, and then being finally subdued. This is how false narratives of “hands up…. don’t shoot” get started.

The good news here for the family is they will likely get a 6-figure settlement, it’s what we do here in Sacramento, crime pays. Then the incident will go away.

What’s up with Rising Crime?

You may have read the headlines from over July 4^th weekend, but if you didn’t, it wasn’t just fireworks being shot off. We had yet another shooting in the hometown of this blog, to go along with the typical bloodshed in LA, Chicago, Philadelphia, and well any other city in the USA. Some may ask what the story is? Others may blame it on Democrat big city policies, the answer lies somewhere in between.

The murder “pandemic” is a direct result of the “plandemic of Covid.” Notice my spelling of the word “pandemic” there. It was planned and was deliberate.

Here is how.

Lock-downs = mental Health Crisis. Make no mistake, I care about people’s health and safety, but the rules were so “willy nilly” it was laughable. Everyone became an epidemiologist, and we decided the lockdowns needed to continue. My favorite was the slaughterhouse needing to be open (the kill floor) while the administrative floor was shut down. Long lockdowns led to some folks becoming lazy and permanently leaving the workforce, others went nuts due to long periods of not doing a damn thing. Others had to work and couldn’t take a day off leading to burn out unheard of. Try being called “unessential” for months on end. Try being forced to work while the managers cower at home. This has led to a crisis in mental health unseen before.

Solution: There really isn’t an easy one. We have zero as far as mental hospitals go, and frankly once you hit 18 in California, you can sign yourself out of it sight unseen. All we do in the country is give out a diagnosis and a pile of pills. We are good at billing insurance, until the benefits run out for the year. Outside of that it’s; more pills, stronger pills. There is nothing we can do in this country for your mental wellbeing, except maybe get you to the other side of the road if you are playing in traffic.

Lack of father(s) and God in people’s lives. In Philadelphia 2 of the suspects who killed that 73-year-old man with a traffic cone were; 10! And 14! Years old. Yeah, seriously WTF! The good news is they will be tried as children and will be out when they turn 18, or likely sooner. These children are likely from a fatherless household, and one who lacks religion of any variety. These children have no role-model, never learned good vs evil, and as a result run amuck at night as no one is home to watch them. Most in the black community do not have a father in their lives growing up, is it a coincidence they have the most crime?

Defunding the police: Ah yes, the far-left viewpoint on how to stop crime, take more folks with a badge and gun off the streets! They are trying to reverse this but the attrition and lack of those wanting a career in law enforcement is obvious.

Liberal DA’s: Another left wing “solution;” deciding to try someone as a juvenile, or not add enhancements to sentencing is a slap in the face to the victim’s families. Early prison releases get filed under here as well.

Hardened gangs spreading from the West Coast: This is a real large problem. Back when I was 18, I went on a ride along with the local police department. The senior officer I was with lamented that the department would eventually be overwhelmed by gangs from the Bay Area. Specifically, he said it’s the mentality they bring as opposed to gangs locally. He explained the local gangs cared more about drugs whereas the Bay Area ones cared more about defending turf and killing rivals. Notice how we have shootings involving illegally modified weapons now and our police cannot keep up? Also keep in mind half of all the violent crime in the Sacramento region happens in a 7 square mile area. Draw a line from Valley High to Meadowview, Oak Park and Akali Flat this is where the crime exists in this county in large numbers, yet the police will do nothing about it. The problem is the crime is slowly spilling out to other area’s and becoming far more deadly. This is because the police in outlying areas have no idea how to react to more hardened criminals.

The crime is now in basically every city, small, medium, and large. Despite what Fox and its hosts have to say, the crime is all over.

How to stay safe:

It’s actually quite simple, believe it or not. Avoid being out after 11pm, it’s a no brainer but maybe not really. Bad things tend to happen after 11pm and trust me, if you are out and about, trouble will likely follow/find you. Avoid any night/dance/strip clubs. Again, if you ain’t an Uber driver, and you aren’t “just visiting,” keep your butt away. Violence tends to occur here after a night of drinking/shenanigans. Keep to yourself, this is an easy one; don’t stare, engage, speak to, or confront anyone. Most of the time they won’t mess with you if you keep to yourself.

Trust me, I used to take the train home from college, boarding at the Richmond, CA station, as a very Anglo male. I lived, you can too. It’s not that hard. The bad guys prey on targets who they see as weak or “tryin to start somethin’.”

My Take on the San Antonio Area Shooting

Very sad day yesterday, at this moment we know of 19 children and 2 adults who are deceased. I believe it was reported two police officers were injured responding. It takes a very sick human to shoot up an elementary school, but let’s just ignore all those facts and go straight to the left wing’s response to this.

My mother had the Clinton News Network on as I arrived at their house and predictably, they fired up the official democrat response to the story. They wheeled out “political panel” David Axelrod and another democrat hack. Of course, Anderson Cooper made no mention of Axelrod being Obama’s former campaign manager, that’s immaterial. Axelrod proceeded to run-off every democrat talking point they use in regard to mass shootings, gun control, far right state, etc. Cooper of course never intervened as he was likely told this is the narrative democrats need to win. They highlighted it was in a minority community and in republican red Texas. Cooper never mentioned the shooter was Hispanic, because that doesn’t fit the narrative. Calling Axelrod a political commentator and Cooper a journalist is an oxymoron and likely the reason exists no one watches them.

It gets better from the democrats.

Congressman Ruben Gallego of Arizona thought it would be a good idea to take to Twitter to rip Ted Cruz. Yup he called Ted a baby killer, yet Gallego will abort any fetus at any time. Gallego then ripped Darrell Issa and went after fellow democrat Krysten Sinema. Congressman Gallego needs a lot of help; he is a deranged human who lacks any self-awareness. The carnage was not even known, and this human decided to fire up Twitter. By the way congressman saying “we are sending prayers” is a self-aware thing to do.

My take is the following on this.

First of all, this never should happen, especially at a school. This issue now has our children becoming pawns in a game of political football. First isn’t it refreshing the same people calling to defund the police now suddenly want guns off the streets and cops in classrooms? Actually, rephrase, they want people who legally own guns to turn them in. So, when in case of emergency, we call 911 and wait until they get around to responding? Maybe we should refund the police? Sorry the good cops already left for more friendly pastures.

Social media is a large part of the issue, kids now do not have friends, they have “friends;” folks they have never met and hardly interact with except via looking at each-other’s tweets, Instagram, or the like. We no longer have a human connection. We have created hot take machines who do not need to show/reveal their true identity. People can bully one another with zero consequences.

Politics are a bigger cause. We need to turn the temperature down about 40,000 degrees. This idea of news shows being politics 24/7 is destroying our very core. Neither side is willing to give an inch on a single issue, if you move slightly or flinch, you will be primaried. Also rid us of the 2-year election cycle, this makes it so issues must be addressed. Also stop doxing people! Giving out addresses of political types or judges in against everything this country is supposed to stand for! It is no true wonder politics is filled with scum of the earth types.

Video games. It used to be you were the police or friendly army shooting at the criminals or the bad army. Now the tables are flipped, Grand Theft Auto and other games make it so being a criminal is cool. With a goal to kill as many police as you can. The lifestyle is glorified. Ban these types of games. They are not needed and serve no purpose.

We need family again. Most are born to single parent households. The father chose to walk away, and mothers have chosen the opposite route; shielding the baby daddy from any responsibility and not allowing him to see his son. Caring is not a bad thing, having a lover (mom) and a teacher (dad) is the best way to move forward.

Quit the self-blame/victim culture. Your life isn’t bad because of _____ we need to make comments about how this is the greatest country on earth and if you get your lazy a** up and work you can do quite well for yourself. We have now become a group who blames everyone else.

Quit bailing out family/criminals. If you are arrested hold their a** in jail for a bit. We bail them out, or release and they commit more or worse crimes. Toughen the crime laws, not weaken, do not end cash bail.

Additionally, please answer me this. We give criminals 3 squares and a cot, as well as protection while in the joint, no one blinks an eye. Yet if you have major mental health issues there is nowhere for you to go, so you go out on the street. Maybe we should allocate money for these hospitals as opposed to homeless tents? Most of the time the mentally ill live out there with zero help.

We need to understand you have the right to bear arms in this country. No one I know responsible carries themselves like Rambo. The criminals and mentally challenged are the problem. Notice at the recent shooting in downtown Sacramento, the criminals all had gang ties and illegally modified guns. Focus on the word illegally. Taking innocent people’s guns away is cruel and not right.

We also must rethink security at schools. Ask yourself why we don’t have mass shootings at a courthouse or government building?

Hope Solo enters Rehab

Friend of the blog and legit crazy person, who used to double as the goalkeeper of the women’s USA soccer team, Hope Solo, announced she has entered alcohol rehab Friday. Solo is a decorated member of the soccer team, but also has had more than enough run-ins with the law. This is a very good positive step; I am saying this because she was the best goalkeeper in women’s soccer history.

6/21/2014 she was arrested for a domestic dispute involving her half-sister and nephew. The carnage was so bad Sen- Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut sent a letter to US soccer blasting them for not taking the charges seriously. The charges were later dropped. Solo was quite intoxicated that night.

1/19/2015, While it was her husband (compete dirt bag former NFL player) Jeremy Stevens who was arrested for DUI, he was driving the women’s soccer van, with Solo in tow. The van was not supposed to be used for non-team events. Rules don’t apply to Solo. Solo was very intoxicated, I will give her credit for not driving, but being a passenger in a car with a drunk usually doesn’t end well in a crash.

3/31/2022 Solo was arrested for DUI when police found herself passed out in a Wal-Mart parking lot with her twins in the backseat. Yikes.

While I understand folks will say she made a mistake, or what not, it shows a pattern, and a bad one at that. The domestic violence is a major problem, likely fueled by alcoholic rage. Being a DUI passenger in the team van shows a massive judgment error. The last one however is indefensible. Being passed out drunk with your two young offspring in the car is horrific. This usually leads to divorce or separation instantly; I mean think about it. You couldn’t wait until you got home? Of course, not you are a drunk.

That all being said, the point of this blog is not to go after her, she made a very wise choice. Choosing to enter rehab as a public figure is tough, as scrutiny will follow. She is smart to get out in front of the DUI charges as judges tend to look favorable on choices like this. We here at the blog wish her the best, she was unceremoniously kicked off the woman’s soccer team and was drug through the media for seemingly every mistake. The only advice I would give her, be a better wife and mom, your kids need you to make good choices not horrible ones.

Alcohol and drugs are destroying the lives of many, and yet this country wants to make it easier to gamble? Sheesh.

Troll goes after 3rd arrested Sacramento Shooter

Editor’s Note: Due to a vacation, this post fell thru the cracks in my In Basket. Troll was on time, but I muffed the handoff and failed to get it posted when he submitted it.

Well, well, well. It was an unspeakable tragedy but one of those arrested is getting smoked by the Troll. Look at this idiot!

Sacramento police announced a third arrest Tuesday stemming from Sunday’s mass shooting downtown, saying they had taken into custody a man seen carrying a firearm after the incident. Daviyonne Dawson, 31, was arrested late Monday and a gun was recovered, police said, adding that Dawson will be charged as possessing a firearm despite being prohibited from having one. “At this time, Dawson is not charged with crimes directly related to the shootings,” police said. “Based on the type of firearm recovered, detectives do not believe that this gun was used in the shooting. Detectives are continuing to investigate this crime and identify additional suspects.”

First off that’s a crazy way of spelling Davion, like wow. I will say this, that name in the game Scrabble is worth several triple point bonuses! Hat tip to your parents though, your name has more characters than your IQ has points.

Also, boy must that suck, here you are on a Sunday morning hiking around downtown with your AK draped around your neck, and some jacka** is taking photos of you. The NERVE! Here is Daviojetjngmshr or however the hell you spell his name just going for a stroll on the Sabbath, and it ends in his arrest! On the Sabbath no less!

My sources tell me Dawson was out with his gun just keeping watch, he was going to call the police, and do the right thing. He has been quoted saying variations of that during his sentencing hearings of which there have been many. Or maybe did he want to return to jail because he craves the oatmeal? Or wanted to find true love in the bathhouse wing of the jail?

BTW how rude of those gang members to unload all those bullets with you in the area! It’s like when the red-light camera catches you, when someone else was guilty! Dawson was caught on camera with the gun walking near the area. Since when is America a police state? I thought this was America? Where is Ron Paul and Ted Cruz on this issue!

Sacramento Superior Court filings show Dawson has felony cases from 2012, 2014 and 2015, and documents say he was charged in 2014 with the Halloween assault on a man as a member of the Starz street gang.

Dawson subsequently was released from the jail Tuesday after posting $500,000 bail, a law enforcement source said.

I thought we were supposed to be giving young innocent black people money…. not taking it away! This is just another obvious move by the white privileged folks to take money away from a black man!

Hmm normally one would say the third time is a charm…apparently for you, it wasn’t, as your luck hasn’t changed. Also, great name of the gang you joined, Starz street gang…. sounds like a makeup group for trans people. Maybe when you are committed to jail you can join the sparkle cupcakes shower gang?

Regarding the Halloween assault, gotta give my man Dawson some credit dressing up as a gang member, makes you incognito.

He also was charged with being a street gang member who “engaged in a pattern of criminal gang activity and did willfully promote, further and assist in felony criminal conduct by said gang members,” court documents say.

When reached for comment Dawson said he “dindu nuffin” in regard to these alleged crimes … are we inclined to take his word for it? In addition, all that shooting, and Dawson couldn’t even get a shot off? He is destined to be a Sacramento King!

Dawson, I will say this, I am not a very religious person. However, I do feel the need to set aside some time in my life for prayer to thank god that I’m not you. Most folks go to jail to tell a tale about how they got in. Your story basically sucks. Yeah man, was walking by a crime scene, had my gun over my shoulder. Dindu shoot nobody. Then deez dumb azz cops be poundin on my door. They dun arrested me for nuthin man. I din du it! Little advice Davioduensgf or however the heck you spell it, keep the back door closed at all times. Keep your head on a swivel, and if you drop the soap, let it go brother. Stay strong.

Winners never cheat….Cheaters never win: Courthouse Edition

Sometime last year, a customer of mine got a speeding ticket. Shortly thereafter, they did traffic school. Recently, said traffic violator came into my office and literally argued with me about his consequences for the better part of an hour. As a result I was unable to assist anyone as he had me cornered while he vented.

In cases like these, the issue flows in this pattern…..the court where you got the ticket….the DMV….your insurance company. The order I just listed is the order of who can help you alleviate the issue. In essence you need the court to notify the DMV that you did traffic school, and DMV removes the ticket…then we (the insurance company) remove it from your record. Like any other interaction with a government entity, don’t expect the issue to resolve quickly. Also expect to spend many hours trying to just get to someone who can help.

The story I am recounting in this blog post is a true one, and will show why if you cheat, you do not win.

To set the scene, the customer and his spouse are immigrants from North Africa. While they speak English, they tend to use a massive accent or claim they do not understand when the outcome isn’t favorable. Since they did do traffic school 3 days after paying the ticket, I thought they might have a shot at getting this ticket overturned. I suggested going to the court house in Jackson, and essentially pleading ignorance about not knowing you had to pay an extra fine for traffic school. Since they literally did the traffic school 3 days later, and the cost of the ticket hitting your insurance is roughly $400 a year, it’s worth the fight. My suggestion of pleading ignorance, basically meaning you don’t speak the language well enough and you made a mistake probably would have worked, but since we were in February and the ticket happened in July time was short.

Rather than head to Jackson, they wanted to try their luck at DMV. Again they did not go to a group that could help, but once again wasted a day arguing with folks who cannot aide them. They came back to my office saying they were at DMV for 4 days arguing with different people, and they all said you must go to the court. So we are back to step 1, and it’s like nothing happened….because nothing did. Worse yet, more time had elapsed between the day of the ticket and present. I implored them to go to the court, of course they waited yet another week. Finally they went to the court where they were told they were out of luck, because too much time had passed. The ticket stands as paid, and it will hit their driving record, did they plead ignorance? Of course not.

They pointed out they do not speak or read English well, and had their English proficient granddaughter navigate the website and pay the fine. Strike one, look at the red lettering on this screen shot regarding paying your ticket vs traffic school.

Secondly, they said their granddaughter did traffic school online on their behalf….that’s illegal in CA. Strike 2.

After hearing this, they went into full scorched earth rage, blaming their granddaughter, and everyone else, making a very public scene at the court. (They volunteered this info to me upon returning to my office to argue some more, even though it was established of all the people who could help, I was least able.)

Folks I’ll wrap it up this way, if you are going to cheat the system, you’d best make sure you think it out prior. Make sure if questioned you have a reason for your actions. These two were trying to scam the system. Like anyone else, they see the USA as the land of opportunity and can tell any story and get away with it. They had their granddaughter pay the fine, and do the traffic school, yet somehow they didn’t think their plan through. Who’d think it could backfire? Literally on the traffic school paperwork you have to swear under penalty of perjury it was you who took the tests. However my favorite part of the story was how they threw everyone but themselves under the bus! I know who suggested that, I work with him, it never works in a setting like this.

If you want to be a winner in the game of life cheating is not a good way to start. Own your mistake, people will have a better respect for you. No one likes the guy that always blaming others. Also who had the idea to argue with all the folks who cannot help? The insurance guy and the DMV can’t overturn the court, why would you go to them first? And do the damn traffic school yourself! Lying sack of crap. You got what you deserved!

Dominic Foppoli had a Bad month

It has been a while so we will update the goings on of former Windsor Mayor Democrat Dominic Foppoli, not that anyone cares, but here goes. Dominic bizarrely declared himself “cleared of all wrongdoing” and decided to run for office in 2022 as mayor. Yes, some folks maybe delusional, he is just flat out dumb.

Foppoli did not respond to requests for comment. But a source close to Foppoli told KTVU that he is running for his old seat – and that Foppoli says he’s been cleared of any wrongdoing.

Town councilmember Debora Fudge said, “I’ve seen the paperwork and I have no clue what Dominic’s real intentions are because we have not spoken.
Fudge said the fact that Foppoli filed the paperwork without any explanation “is not being able to take the temperature in a room.”
She added, “I can’t see that Dominic would have any support for running for any office in Windsor or anywhere at this point.”

Thank god you weighed in Debora, I was waiting with baited breath to hear from you. I’m so very sorry Dominic didn’t disclose to you his future plans in advance. Since you know you’re the benevolent queen of Windsor. As far as Dominic not being able to take the temperature of the room, he took what he wanted from his victims you douche. As far as not having support, well Bill Clinton got re-elected, stranger things have happened.

Yes, folks that’s right, he was declared innocent apparently, no press conference by the California AG or the Sonoma County Sheriff. Sadly, that was wishful thinking. It got bad for Dominic in November, as the Sheriff raided his home; taking several pieces of electronic media.

The objects taken from Foppoli’s home last Wednesday include two laptops, three iPads, a cellphone, a recording device, camera, USB drive and a DVD or CD, according to the filed search warrant, which SFGATE obtained from the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office. The warrant reveals the items were singled out as potential “evidence that tends to show a felony was committed.”

Allow me to explain this one, innocent people, myself included, routinely have our houses raided by the police, its standard operating procedure here…ok, I can’t anymore.

Folks this is really bad news for Dominic, judges don’t just sign off on warrants for police to raid someone’s house. They do so after being convinced the crime was committed and the evidence seized will result in a forthcoming arrest warrant being issued. This is because if zero evidence is obtained, the judge has mud all over his face. Also, another person came forward with allegations against Foppoli, the story is behind a paywall so I couldn’t access it.

Commentary: The USS Foppoli continues to circle the drain, and it won’t be pretty for him nor his supporters. That is a lot of electronic media that was seized, which tells me quite a bit of video/photo and other evidence exists. That is gross and disgusting. Anyone who films themselves, their partner or both having/doing/partaking in sexual acts has major issues. First of all, the idea of watching someone else having sex is gross, the idea of watching yourself on instant replay is disgusting. Think of not just you but your partner. However, the truth is Dominic is such a loser he is used to watching other people have sex online, it’s called porn. Sadly, it leads to bad habits/beliefs etc. being formed i.e., the idea of “rape fantasies” and the like. You get so used to watching it on movies or YouTube that it becomes real, much like politics, violence, etc. it’s not the real world, it’s quite literally fantasy. Dominic likely filmed these acts figuring it would exonerate him later…quite the opposite will be occurring. It may be fun with your group of guy friends, maybe even the occasional female to joke about filming your sex acts, even using it as blackmail…but to normal people it isn’t funny…it’s a crime.

Most of these women who have come forward have brought up some aspect of being filmed/possibly being filmed, never with their consent. This is likely another crime, similar to a warrantless wiretap, CA is a 2-party state, and if one party didn’t consent it’s a crime. We believe evidence exists, quite a bit of it. We also believe an arrest warrant is forthcoming. We also believe Florida wants to move but California is taking the lead since the majority of the crimes took place here.

To speak directly to his followers (I know you read this blog, you forwarded it to an attorney who accused us of Libel Per Se) how do you all feel now? I hope you feel good. Congrats on defending an alleged rapist, serial sexual harasser. Apparently, you all feel recorded porn/photos/videos etc. are taboo and funny? I’m sure you feel like Dominic still has done nothing wrong. I’m sure you believe the videos will clear him; he is a nice man right? I doubt that will be occurring, actually I hope he does the perp walk Christmas Eve! Sadly, your leader is vacationing in Italy right now because he knows his freedom is short lived, he is on borrowed time. The joke is on you…this blog is headquartered several counties away, none of these bloggers have been to Windsor, and you were convinced it was a conspiracy. Now if I can speak to Dominic…not that you would listen but here goes. I actually feel sorry for you, from some who I spoke with in Santa Rosa you were a dorky, awkward loser in high school at Cardinal Newman. You were a loner who tried to fit in too hard, you had rich parents, so you compensated that way. When you struck out with the ladies you aimed younger, and younger, and younger. This was the start of your undoing. Your actions at your’s and my Alma Mater say it all, we met a few times, always a mid-twenty-year-old hanging with the freshman and myself. I know you fancied yourself a ladies’ man, and you had a car and ability to ply us with booze….it made you a disgusting creep. After the ill-fated night I had with you I was done. After George W Bush got re-elected, you insisted, I fly with you and several freshman girls to DC to see his Inauguration, I declined. You called me a loser among other things…and maybe I am. Yes, I passed on a trip where you promised me booze, girls, and other things…congrats you are a better partier then me. You developed a taste for the grape and had money. You infiltrated groups with no intention of doing good. It was about “getting lucky” and in essence picking out a trophy…it’s sad. You became a public official and you just got worse. Dominic read the SF Chronicle Article; the stories are flat our cringe worthy. Then to find out you filmed these acts is gross, but I guess you analyze your performance and give a breakdown Monday Night Football Style? That’s about as bad as taking a girl’s underwear as some kind of trophy. Hope you had your fun, because its curtains for you soon. I would start Googling countries with no extradition laws, because I don’t think you will be having a good year in 2022. But the good news is you aren’t a loser!

PS The enablers of Dominic had better hope a) I never get elected in this state and b) hope my preferred party never takes power. Because I will be introducing legislation to change CA rape laws. First it would be a boomerang back law, so if a case is discovered the statute of limitations would go back 5 years prior for any further crimes, and so on and so on. This stops creeps like Dominic from running out the clock, or threatening victims. The second change would be any and all enablers who knew would get charged with rape crimes as well and go on the registry. This stops the “well I saw a lot of bad things, and wish I said something like his ex-campaign manager told me. You may not have penetrated or forced yourself into the girl, but if you didn’t stop it, you’re an accomplice.

The Guilty Party in Kenosha isn’t who you think

Editor’s Note: This was sent to me prior to the beginning of today’s Black Friday looting in select markets.

As the country waits with bated breath as the jury in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial debates his faith. Will he walk? Be found guilty? Or will the jury split the baby?

Sadly Mr. Rittenhouse is not at fault for his actions, and he is being slandered in the media. Most are calling him a racist, even though he shot 3 white men. Others are calling him a deranged far right anti-government zealot when zero proof of that exists. Some are even saying he crossed state lines with a banned firearm…also not true.

Mr. Rittenhouse is guilty of one thing, being a hardo. The optics of him walking about with the AR-15 slung over his shoulder were unnecessary. However, he had no choice, as the local government failed. Government, much to the dismay of Tea Party/BLM types, has a role in our lives; it is to keep us safe. In Kenosha that did not exist. The local Police and City Leaders decided to stand down and let the protestors create a chaotic scene. When “reasonably prudent persons” (it’s a law school term for a normal person) decide the government won’t protect them, they arm themselves for protection. When an angry mob is running amuck, like we have seen so many times before, normal folks get scared. Look no further than the scene at the CHAZ or CHOP in Seattle. In that autonomous zone, people were killed as paramedics and police were not allowed to enter.

Where was the local government? Where was the governor? They allowed this mob to run amuck. I saw a similar mob in Sacramento, they tried to throw a Molotov cocktail into the DA’s office. They tried to enter and burn the local jail. Mayor Darrell Steinberg told the police to stand down.

The situation descended into chaos and as a result, we have abandoned store fronts, and businesses with boarded up windows. Folks like us here at the blog refuse to travel there because the situation could get chaotic again and any time, and we have no trust in the local official’s will to do anything about it.

While I disagree with Mr. Rittenhouse going to Kenosha and doing what he did, let us take a step back for a moment. Rittenhouse was threatened by all 3 men he shot, killing 2 of them, lawfully I may add. The “victims” Joseph Rosenbaum, who was a convicted pedophile and Anthony Huber a convicted domestic abuser, Gage Grosskreutz who is a felon, aimed a gun at Rittenhouse. Folks these are not the martyrs they have been made out to be, as is the norm when a black man is shot by police these days. Could we please stop making these folks out to be innocent victims? In the case of all 3, not one of them would have died if they weren’t there provoking trouble. I’m sorry, but running about and threatening violence, is a good recipe assume room temperature quicker than most. Even more so when threatening someone with a high-powered weapon.

Frankly I feel Rittenhouse will walk, and once again chaos will begin all over the US. It is very preventable, but local politicians will pander to the mob, and as a result normal law-abiding folks will suffer. The news media should be asking a simple question to all. Isn’t the main role of government to keep us safe? Why did the local police or leaders create a protest zone? It is due to the local government failing to do its duty that 2 men were killed and 1 was wounded, Mr. Rittenhouse is just the collateral damage.

Now an entire city hangs on the verdict of a jury (who by the way has only 1 minority on it) regarding the fateful events of that night. Even the judge has been scapegoated by the national media. Chaos is set to happen again, and the question we all should be instead of why? Is How come our government isn’t keeping us safe?

Vaccine Mandate = Defund the Police/Military

Folks have you heard the words “defund the police lately?” Of course, you haven’t, since our inner cities are now crime riddled utopias, the idea of calling to removing police from the streets is toxic. Key word in my last sentence was “idea.” You see the liberals in the country don’t change their beliefs, they change a buzz word.

What is happening in big cities nationwide right now is a massive crime surge, violent crime especially. You don’t need to watch the news; you can see it with your own eyes. We have been releasing “non-violent” folks from prison. These folks mixed with reduced morale at the local precinct, and city councils who are pressuring the local DA not to charge on certain offenses. The result is a powder keg about to blow. The Democrats saw all this, and they know the suburban moms (aka the ones who supported Trump the first time, not the second) are having second thoughts on “defunding.” So, they changed the rhetoric, now it’s a vaccine mandate.

Cities got smart, why call it defunding when the word mandate works just as well? It’s not about your health and safety, right? That officer standing guard on the corner? The officer who pulled you over? Well, they better not be unwashed! So as a result, a mandate works here. Again, it’s a public health crisis, right? Most know the public safety workers voted overwhelmingly for Trump and are most likely to be resistant to a vaccine. The answer is simple, order a mandate, if they don’t comply fire them. Why not, we get to shrink to police force and blame the officers not elected Democrats.

This is playing out all over the country, there is discussion of entire firehouses and police precincts shutting down. Look at New York City a place where crime has skyrocketed…the answer is less police due to a mandate! Remember when NYC cut one billion in police funding.

San Francisco has become a lawless region, parts of LA have vigilante justice. The problem will be getting worse not better, as these mandates are set to go into place over the next couple weeks.

Do not kid yourselves loyal readers, defund the police is alive and well, it just exists under a different name. Calling it a mandate and invoking public safety is the new buzzword. This is playing out in all big cities, hopefully it won’t come to one near you. We used to believe in freedoms here, sadly since 9/11 we have given those up, and put them in the hands of bureaucrats and a media that selectively reports and edits as they see fit. The virus isn’t killing the masses, it seems like it targets specific groups. Also why is it that today we have entire generations who want to go after people’s livelihoods? I think some do not understand the loss of a job leads indirectly to a loss of housing, transportation, food and mental state. Aren’t those things what the Left and BLM argue so much that they are in favor of?

Hiring police is not easy, it costs a ton of money and time. The candidate pool for recruiting has dried up. Now we have mandates. What will they mandate next?
