Told Ya—Judge Blocks Baby Parts Videos from Release

Two days ago I said this:

It’s a safe bet that the full power of the State will be brought to bear on the Center for Medical Progress. I hope they have some powerful friends or these guys will be doing the “perp walk” real soon. Perhaps they should release the rest of the videos before some judge issues an order to “cease and desist” or some such nonsense.

Today I get home from work and see this on Fox News website

Court bars anti-abortion group from releasing new videos
LOS ANGELES –  A temporary restraining order has been issued preventing an anti-abortion group from releasing any video of leaders of a California company that provides fetal tissue to researchers. The group is the same one that previously shot viral covert video of a Planned Parenthood leader discussing the sale of aborted fetuses for research.

The Los Angeles Superior Court order issued Tuesday prohibits the Center for Medical Progress from releasing any video of three high-ranking StemExpress officials taken at a restaurant in May. It appears to be the first legal action prohibiting the release of a video from the organization.

The Center for Medical Progress has released three surreptitiously recorded videos to date that have riled anti-abortion activists. The Senate is expected to vote before its August recess on a Republican effort to bar federal aid to Planned Parenthood in the aftermath of the videos’ release.

In a statement Wednesday, center leader David Daleiden said StemExpress was using “meritless litigation” to cover up an “illegal baby parts trade.”

“The Center for Medical Progress follows all applicable laws in the course of our investigative journalism work,” he said.

StemExpress is a Placerville-based company started in 2010 that provides human tissue, blood and other specimens to researchers. Planned Parenthood is one of the company’s providers of fetal tissue.

Please note that StemExpress is in Placerville, CA. Placerville has a history looking the other way on issues of infanticide. Some of us still remember Julice Luke.

Anyway, more proof that I’m Really Right.

American Eugenics in 21st Century

Eugenics, the social movement claiming to improve the genetic features of human populations through selective breeding and sterilization, based on the idea that it is possible to distinguish between superior and inferior elements of society, played a significant role in the history and culture of the United States prior to its involvement in World War II.

Eugenics was practised in the United States many years before eugenics programs in Nazi Germany and U.S. programs provided much of the inspiration for the latter. Stefan Kühl has documented the consensus between Nazi race policies and those of eugenicists in other countries, including the United States, and points out that eugenicists understood Nazi policies and measures as the realization of their goals and demands.

One of the most prominent feminists to champion the eugenic agenda was Margaret Sanger, the leader of the American birth control movement. Margaret Sanger saw birth control as a means to prevent unwanted children from being born into a disadvantaged life, and incorporated the language of eugenics to advance the movement.

Eugenics in the United States

Yeah, American social policy and the Nazis were going down the same ideological tracks together during the 1910’s thru early 1930’s. Social Darwinism was a big hit with the Aristocracy ever since Darwin provided the scientific basis that some races were superior (more fit) than others.

In this mix was Margaret Sanger, who frequently did the European cocktail party circuit with the leadership of the Nazi Party. She was right at home with these guys and so was her belief that the way to eliminate poverty was by eliminating the poor.

Is it any wonder then that Sanger’s ideological baby—Planned Parenthood—has people selling body parts from aborted babies? Why should that surprise folks?

Aborted baby parts have been used in women’s make-up for years. Why do you think labels about the source of collagen are on the bottles?

In this era of belief that stem cells can cure everything, why not sell the most ready supply? Taxpayers pay for abortions; California taxpayers pay for stem cell research. Why not sell the largest ready supply to the industry based on developing genetic cures? This is a logical result of a culture based on eugenic principles.

Many folks play verbal gymnastics with the tenants of eugenics but only so they can find acceptable ways of supporting them.

As barbaric as Eugenics is, it has government protection and funding throughout our country. Somehow many are comfortable that it is used at the beginning and end of life; however, it will not stop there. Soon we will be deciding who is fit or unfit as parents not on the basis of social class or income but on the basis of belief.

Home schooled children and those that are taught that homosexuality and abortion are wrong will soon be taken from their parents. Oh wait, in some places they are…not only in Germany or Indonesia or some far off land but here in the good ‘ole US of A.

Thy sons and thy daughters shall be given unto another people, and thine eyes shall look, and fail with longing for them all the day long: and there shall be no might in thine hand.
Deuteronomy 28: 32

Hey folks, welcome to judgment day.

Kamala Harris Defender of Evil

If you want a great example of what is wrong with our country, the article below will serve as a prime example.

Last week, a California based group releases multiple videos of employees of Planned Parenthood, negotiating the sales price of body parts from aborted babies.

This is no different than a guard at Auschwitz offering to sell gold and silver confiscated from Jews to the local pawn shop. Or better yet, harvesting organs for transplant or other medical experiments; Nazi Germany or current day China, either is a true illustration.

Question: Why do Liberals tend to view the latter as barbaric and the former as a Constitutional Right?
All the above are equally evil.  The rational is the same; namely, why let these resources go to waste?

So, in the face of such evil what does the chief law enforcement official in California do?
Why she wants to investigate the whistleblowers to see if they violated any laws or violated the Constitutional protections that the State is giving to people making their money killing babies with taxpayer money.

Here is part of the article from the Sacramento Bee. I’m quoting it extensively both to make my point and also because the Bee tends to delete content from their website rather quickly.

Kamala Harris to review group behind Planned Parenthood abortion videos
July 24, 2015
By Christopher Cadelago

California Attorney General Kamala Harris will review whether the nonprofit organization behind controversial Planned Parenthood videos violated state law, her office said in a letter Friday.

Four Democratic congresswomen on Wednesday asked Harris and U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch to determine if officials from the Irvine-based Center for Medical Progress broke any laws when they posed as workers for a biotech company while recording Planned Parenthood physicians without their consent.

Reps. Jan Schakowsky, Zoe Lofgren, Jerry Nadler and Yvette Clarke cited reports that founder David Daleiden filed paperwork to create a phony entity. They also asked the state’s top law enforcement official to look into possible violations of the Invasion of Privacy Act, which bars recording people without their permission…

The videos, in which officials from Planned Parenthood discuss the price and delivery of fetal body parts, have renewed debate about abortion and rocketed the issue into the 2016 presidential race…

Planned Parenthood contends the footage was “heavily edited” and falsely depicts the organization’s tissue-donation programs that support lifesaving scientific research. Democrats, including Harris, have come to its defense over efforts to strip its funding.

Will Harris investigate the practices of Planned Parenthood? NO.

Will Governor Brown—who supposedly learned so much from his time with Mother Teresa—do anything? NO

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Doug Ose Shifts Abortion Views

Saturday, I got the opportunity to asked former congressman and current congressional candidate Doug Ose a serious campaign question. The answer, while somewhat evasive, was still important.

While attending Second Amendment Saturday, organizer and regional CRA vice-president, Carl Brickey, arranged for a pro-forma endorsement vote for two competitive congressional districts. The endorsement was just to ratify the results of the election a few weeks ago.

First, San Joaquin candidate, Tony Amador was endorsed. Tony let us know that he was not happy that he did not get endorsed for the June election. I’ll take credit for that since I spoke most vociferously against his perpetual candidacy every two years at the last endorsement vote.

Next was Doug Ose. In his last foray into Congress, Ose was adamantly “pro-choice” and a darling in the eyes of Planned Parenthood. He also was part of the liberal Republican group claiming to be a “Main Street Republican.” Ose has also claimed to be a proud supporter of business. His rehetoric has been fiscally conservative and socially liberal. In his current incarnation as a candidate, he has claimed to be a “conservative.”

Given these facts, I asked him what I thought was an important question. It came out something like this:
“In the past, you have a record of being pro-choice. As part of Obamacare, the government is mandating that all businesses must provide abortion services even when they object to this as being contrary to their beliefs, do you agree with this?”
Ose responded that “I would repeal all of Obamacare.”
Then I said, “I mean like Hobby Lobby.”
He then said, “The Court hasn’t ruled on that yet. As I said, I will repeal Obamacare.” Then he added, “Actually, I’m pro-life once the baby reaches viability.”

Wow! Ose has moved on the issue! Maybe not where we think he should be but at least he is not defending legal abortion thru all nine months of the pregnancy.

40 Years of Roe

When I was younger, I used to stand in front of an area abortion clinic with a homemade sign that read, “Abortion: One dead, One Wounded.” Some Roman Catholic folks that were with me made a suggestion for my sign; this resulted in some additional words being added. My sign then read, “Abortion: One dead, One Wounded and One Rich.”

I was involved with the pro-life movement for many years. During that period in my life I learned much about myself, my faith and the wickedness the men justify in their own hearts.

I had learned the issue as one where our argument was something like this: if we could just convince folks that abortion took a life then they would stop because we all agree that taking a life; especially an innocent one, was wrong. What I found was that the “other guys” never agreed with this premise. For them, the arguments that once started with babies in the womb being parasites and unviable tissue masses were replaced with more selfish ones about “choice.” Their definition of choice was like the proverbial “Russian Election.” Only one candidate was on the ballot and we all were expected to freely cast a vote for that person. The only choice on the ballot was death. In their world, the unborn child never had hope that life might occasionally win.

The result has been that since the passage of Roe v Wade in 1973, one in three pregnancies in the United States has ended in abortion. Legalized abortion in other countries has killed even more children. Europe is collapsing demographically and nothing can stop it. Mohammed is the top baby name in England. France is over 25 percent Muslim and growing rapidly. Ideas have consequences. Abortion is literally remaking the racial and ethnic character of the world. China has millions of men that will never marry because there are too few women in their country due to the one child per family law and a cultural preference for boys. The failed experiments in Social Darwinism continue in those countries that elevated man as the measure of all things.

The world stands at the brink of destruction on a scale never before seen in human history. Last century we endured two world wars and many decades of a “cold war”. Worse events could be in our future. The belief that some men are superior to others has caused the death of millions. Abortion, genocide, euthanasia and other forms of murder seem to be part of this fallen culture of men.

Today, as we reflect on the anniversary of Roe v Wade, our country is marching headlong into forced euthanasia for elderly. It is clear from the paradigm that Obama has instituted in his healthcare reform that his friends will experience a different outcome than those that disagree with him. I thought we just finished a protracted battle with the Soviets where the Party faithful got the goodies and the rest were enslaved and now we are voluntarily adopting much of the same system once dubbed “the Evil Empire”?

In the words of the Litany, “Good Lord, deliver us.”

Choose Life Plates Illegal in N.C.

Federal Judge rules North Carolina cannot issue car license plates that say, “Choose Life.”
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/12/11/federal-judge-rules-north-carolina-choose-life-license-plate-unconstitutional/
His reason is that the other side is not represented.

My solution, offer plates that say “Choose Death” then the other side will be accurately represented.

Eugenics in California Briefly Spotlighted by KOVR TV

KOVR TV in Sacramento ran a story about the State of California and their taxpayer funded eugenics program. According to the story, tens of thousands of people were involuntarily sterilized between 1909 and 1964. http://sacramento.cbslocal.com/2011/11/10/the-life-penalty-sterilizing-california/

Of particular interest to me was this portion of the segment:

The state issued a resolution (Senate Resolution No. 20) in 2003 apologizing to victims of the program called eugenics. The proclamation acknowledged that the goal was “racial betterment through the elimination of hereditary disorders or genetic defects by mean of sterilization…”

Eugenics is now history, but it’s a chapter of California’s past that’s uncomfortable for many to discuss.

Eugenics is now history! Oh really? Have you never heard of the State funded Office of Family Planning? Their goal is to eliminate poverty by eliminating the poor. They take credit for aborting 100,000 children each year.

Oh, the limit on state funded abortions is one every two months. This by the way is a biological impossibility. While abortions usually take place between 8 to 12 weeks from conception, they are legal thru all nine months of the pregnancy. If you include the time needed for ovulation and conception, once a quarter would still be too frequent. Also, due to “privacy concerns” the state keeps no actual records on who gets abortions or how many. In fact, some abortion providers have admitted to doing the procedure on women who were not even pregnant.

If you are interested in the subject, try finding George Grant’s book, Grand Illusions: The Legacy of Planned Parenthood. This book was first published in 1988—many years before the reporter of this story was likely even born.

Oh, if you think abortion is the only eugenics program running now you would be wrong. We have several in our country that are gaining in popularity every year. A major component of the “Obamacare” law is rationing of care and an unelected panel of bureaucrats deciding who lives and who dies. Then there is assisted suicide and euthanasia.

The Bible says “the compassion of the wicked is cruelty.” Clearly these real world applications of “social Darwinism” are evil and barbaric. However, if man is truly the result of random chance and natural selection then eugenics is the natural result of such reasoning. Using such logic, slavery and genocide are necessary to make the world a better place.

Abortion in the Bible

Often people deny that abortion is in the Bible. Actually it is if you know what you are reading. The Bible has a high view of life; especially human life. The Bible begins with the premise that mankind is created in the image of God. While sin has distorted that image, all people—no matter how flawed and sinful—are bearers of God’s image. When a child is aborted, a human being created in the image of God has been destroyed. For some this reasoning is sufficient to believe that abortion is wrong. However, where is abortion in the Bible?

First, you need to know how abortions were performed in the ancient world. They were not “surgical” as is often done today but chemical in nature. Various elixirs were mixed to kill the baby. Often they were introduced via a “pessary.” Pessary is Greek for “small stone” and “is an instrument placed in the vagina … as a contraceptive device” http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/pessary

As proof I would like to call the Greek physician Hippocrates as my primary witness.

“The earliest medical guild appeared on the Aegean island of Cos, just off the coast of Asia Minor. Around the time that Nehemiah was organizing the post-exilic Jews in Jerusalem to rebuild the walls, another refugee from Babylonian occupation, Aesculapius, was organizing the post-exilic Jews on Cos into medical specialists—for the first time in history, moving medical healing beyond folk remedies and occult rituals. It was not long before this elite guild had become the wonder of the Mediterranean world under the leadership of Hippocrates, the son of Panacea, the son of Hygeia, the son of Aesculapius, the son of Hashabia the Hebrew, an exile of fallen Jerusalem.

In other words, the great Greek school of healing that gave us the Hippocratic oath, that gave us the scientific standards for hygiene, diagnosis, and systematic treatment that form the basis for modern medicine wasn’t Greek at all. It was Hebrew, the fruit of Biblical faith.” —George Grant Grand Illusions: The Legacy of Planned Parenthood, page 82.

The money quote from the famous Hippocratic Oath is, “I will not give a lethal drug to anyone if I am asked, nor will I advise such a plan; and similarly I will not give a woman a pessary to cause an abortion.”

Once it has been established that abortions are the result of potions mixed for that purpose then you may ask what the Greeks called such folks. The answer is pharmacist. The pharmacist of the ancient world was a purveyor of folk healing remedies. References to pharmacists are found in the Bible.

The following is from Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible. James Strong went thru the entire Bible and recorded the occurrence of each word and then sorted them by spelling and created a comprehensive book about all the words in “The Book.” In the era before computers, it took him 35 years to complete the project! Not only is this a good source to quote because of the thoroughness of the scholarship but because it was completed many decades before abortion became a political and social issue.

I would like to focus on Strong’s Numbers: 5331-5333. Three variations of the root word where we get “pharmacist” appear in the Bible. Of the five instances, all but one are from the book of Revelation.

5331 is farmakeiva. It is translated Pharmakeia (pronounced far-mak-i’-ah). This word appears three times in the New Testament. Strong defines this word as: “medication (“pharmacy”), i.e. (by extens.) magic (lit. or fig.):—sorcery, witchcraft.”

5332 is farmakeuv. It is translated Pharmakeus (pronounced far-mak-yoos’).  This word appears once in the New Testament. It is the root word for 5331 and 5333. Strong defines the word as from: “pharmakon (a drug, i.e. spell-giving potion); a druggist (“pharmacist”) or poisoner, i.e. (by extens.) a magician:-sorcerer.”

5333 is favrmako.  It is translated Pharmakos (pronounced far-mak-os’).  This word appears once in the New Testament. Strong defines this word “same as 5332:-sorcerer.”

5331
Galatians 5: 19 – 21
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,  envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before , as I have also told you in time past , that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Revelation 9: 21
Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

Revelation 18: 23
And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

5332
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

5333
Revelation 22: 15
For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Clearly both the Apostles Paul and John are unified in their opposition to sorcery and witchcraft. Under the Old Covenant these practices are worthy of capital punishment and in the New Covenant they are declared as justly punished by the second death. Clearly those that perform abortion are under God’s wrath both now and in the coming judgment.

I will concede that abortion was not as common in ancient times as it is now but a more common practice in the ancient Greco-Roman world was abortion after the fact. Child abandonment was common. People would take their children outside the gates of the city and leave their newborn infants to die.

While this practice would be viewed as barbaric by many; have we really changed that much in our post-Christian society? If we kill a child in the womb, we dismiss this as “choice.” If we don’t want a baby after birth, we can dump the infant at the local fire-station.

Our leaders in science have advocated going even further.
James D. Watson who won the Nobel Prize for discovering the double helix of DNA has stated “If a child were not declared alive until three days after birth, then all parents could be allowed the choice only a few are given under the present system. The doctor could allow the child to die if the parents so choose and save a lot of misery and suffering. I believe this view is the only rational, compassionate attitude to have.”  Time, 1973.

” . . . no newborn infant should be declared human until it has passed certain tests regarding its genetic endowment and that if it fails these tests it forfeits the right to live”  Francis Crick, Nobel Prize winner, 1978.

I could cite many others in our society that don’t believe that even being born gives a baby a right to live. Some leaders of bioethics advocate allowing two years before declaring a baby “human” and acknowledging their right to live.

This is quite a contrast to members of the early Church that would go outside the city walls to redeem the abandoned children and take them home and raise them as their own; even when the Christians knew this was against the law. These unwanted children became an integral part of the witness of the early Church.

Abortion is wrong and both the Scriptures and the witness of the Church agree. Human life has value and can only be taken in rare circumstances such as self-defense, war and capital punishment without violating God’s Law. The practice of sorcery and witchcraft are both condemned. These crimes include the known methods of abortion at the time the Bible was written. Clearly life belongs to God and it is not ours to snuff-out in the name Moloch, choice or convenience.

Obama Defends Record on Infanticide

Barack Obama has taken off after Gianna Jessen for accurately portraying him as voting four times to support infanticide while has was an Illinois Senator. Gianna is running her ad in two states, New Mexico and Ohio. Her ad is here.

When people point-out that the Democrat Messiah has no clothes he can’t take it.

Barack is so thin skinned that he trying like hell to avoid the light of truth on his record. At the same time, he is elevating these ads to nationwide prominence. This is making the life issue, front and center of the presidential debate at the very time that many voters are just trying to get informed about the election.

This gives Senator McCain and Governor Palin the wedge issue they need to both energize the Republican base while simultaneously illustrating just how radical and evil the policies of Obama really are. This is literally holding up the crucifix to the demons and watching them have a “Linda Blair” moment of national TV.

Obama is going down in flames and he knows it. Barry is about to learn the old proverb that “failure is an orphan.”

Dobson Should Embrace Rudy

Conservatives are once again poised to assemble their famous “circular firing squad” and should Rudy Giuliani emerge as the Republican presidential candidate, they plan on pulling the trigger.

James Dobson and a group of other evangelicals are threatening to throw their support to a third party candidate—to be named later—if Rudy is the nominee. This is the result of Rudy’s longtime support of legalized abortion. This smacks of the Ross Perot effort in 1992, which resulted in the election of Bill Clinton. Clinton won with 43 percent of the vote.

This presidential cycle will likely see a credible third party challenger from the Left due to the dissatisfaction of the anti-war fanatics. Dobson’s gambit will likely be a pale imitation of their efforts. If Dobson and company put up a third party challenger, it will be to the detriment of evangelicals and when it fails, it will justify the marginalization of social conservatives in future public policy debates.

Rudy is better on the war than any of the Democrats. If we are dead or in economic ruins, then all the social policies that we spend so much time fighting about won’t matter because we won’t be here to have the debate. Our national existence is on the line in 2008. Once the Sword of Islam is dealt with then we will have to time to look at these other issues.

Furthermore, should Rudy appoint the kind of judges that he says, we might end-up with Roe v Wade being gutted regardless of what Rudy said on the campaign trail. Why? Simple really. The kind of judges that support the War on Terror and law & order issues will tend to be the strict constructionist judges that would favor curtailing the overreaching intrusion of the courts beyond the limits of the Constitution.

Rudy certainly couldn’t pick any worse than did Reagan and Bush senior. Republicans have a terrible track record of picking justices for the Court. Picking judges reminds me of the old joke about marriage. It has been said that marriage is like fishing, you don’t really know what you caught until you get it in the boat. Ditto for Supreme Court judges.

The irony of Dobson’s position is that to get the result he wants, his best chance is to join with Rudy.
