In my last installment I talked about cancelling some of my social media accounts and then detailed cancelling my 11-year-old Facebook account. In the course of these discussions, I also mentioned exploring options. This post is to provide more information on that search. This post will explore Internet options which are either friendly to conservatives…

Misc Comments on My Trip Thus Far
I’m about ten days into this trip. Here are a few observations thus far. Getting a visa extension to stay here was easy. The hardest part was the demand that payment be made in cash. The cost was just north of 4,000 pesos ($66). I needed to complete a form, pay a fee, and then…

A convicted rapist sentenced to three life terms plus 51 years in prison has been arrested in Sacramento County for a parole violation, four years after his release. Folks, I just can’t catch a break. I was minding my own business, as best I can at the church Bible study last night and presto, yet another time when we as modern Christians can’t let the Bible define terms but have to project stuff into the text that it plainly never says. The study…

Just think what Jack can do to the Bible when Donald Trump drops bombs in Iran. Actually, Sunday, I got to find out just that. My sister sent me an hour…

Yep, it came up at the Bible study last night that I don’t believe in Scofield’s theological system. People were shocked. We keep reading in the Minor Prophets about the “Day of the Lord” and I asserted that in most cases the day of the Lord is history not a near coming, future event. The…

In case you missed it, a horrible, terrible, no-good human being assumed room temperature this past weekend. Iran’s Supreme Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed. Dead, like a door nail! The strikes were coordinated with Israel in a much broader sense, it’s a full-on war in Iran in my humble opinion. I’ll touch more on the…

I know that Dispensationalists frequently miss the mark on biblical theology. They like to beat the strawman of “Replacement Theology” when they are the only ones that teach a form of it. They switch out the Old Testament Jews with the Church in the mythical (mythical because it doesn’t really exist) Eschatological Parenthesis of the…
