Ok, I confess that I’m a closet Eric Hogue listener. I know Eric occasionally has some unusual guests but today took the cake. The topic was about members for the California National Guard attending a “peace” rally that was held on Mother’s Day weekend. Eric was setting the background story to give the proper context…

Review Gordon Ramsey’s Street Burger
I told my girl that I wanted a burger and a beer. I’m not much of a drinker but it just sounded good. We hopped in the car and drove for about 20 minutes to somewhere I’d never been before. We parked next to a McDonald’s—not a good omen—and then went for a walk. We…

Oh, by the way lest you complain they are left wing, journalism is journalism in this case. So, after the “mistrial” or any verdict,…

These are just some of the issues touched upon by Douglas Van Dorn’s book “The Battle for the Bible’s Truth: Genesis 6, Jesus, and the second Century Plot to Deny the Messiah.” The set-up for the book is this: imagine that you are a Jew in the Second Century. At this point in history, the…

Like the title says, this is commentary, about the characters involved, the trial, and the shooting itself. Facts will be interwoven but the trial and the result are equal parts devastating and shocking. Cliff notes version At 2am on April 3rd, 2022, a chaotic fracas broke out on K Street in downtown. Six people were…
