Over all, I like my Jeep Liberty but I have had a few vehicle problems during my 106,000 miles. Some were manufacturer defects and a few were just wear and tear. The first problem that I encountered was the tail lights. I used to go thru light bulbs as often as every three days. What…

How Subway Lost It’s Way
Subway, the sandwich shop, is the largest franchise by store count. I believe McDonalds is larger by revenue, but I digress. Back in my college days in 2008, Subway was my go to when the cafeteria food was bad. The sandwich was just that a sandwich, the cost was $5 as the 5-dollar footlong was…

My first hotel experience in Lapu Lapu City was the Crown Regency Hotel. I will be comparing it, in part, with my visit last year. The Crown Regency is an older hotel along a main road in Lapu Lapu City. Per the elevator buttons, it has ten floors. It has a small swimming pool and…

I am overseas for the next two months. In honor of the occasion, I will randomly be presenting reviews of stuff that I experienced. My goal is to inform people about what I’m up to without angering my family or others that think they know what’s best for my life. First up, is The Big…

One thing that was the topic of the last 3-4 sermons I heard at Sunday Service was that the school is in big financial trouble. This school and church are about 25 years old, give or take, so as far as buildings go they are “brand new.” The school is also at capacity as far…

As the year drew to a close, I have become more reflective on events of years past. Folks, I have a strained relationship with many in my family as a result of their coddling of my sister. One thing that always bothered me was my sister could never do anything wrong in their eyes. They…

Here’s some things that I’m involved with over the next several months. Annulment The year started with attorney Mario doing absolutely nothing. After my girl bugging him for a few weeks, she was finally told that he was waiting on his second payment before doing any more work on her case. (The psychologist had given…

How is it a bad thing you ask? Easy, credit counseling, not credit interest rate cuts are needed. One thing I do agree with Sen Elizabeth Warren on is banks and credit companies take advantage of some of the most downtrodden and down on their luck individuals. They also prey on folks who should not…
